Can-do. Beneath Susan’s petite stature embodies an iron-clad will to always deliver the best possible work and experience for her project clients. Before leading the project management team in MDS, Susan’s has spent more than a decade honing her skills doing a myriad of interior projects, ranging from residential, commercial and F&B outlets. Being the lead for project deliverables, Susan has to negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors, set and direct projects, pre-empt and react to site situations, and interface with end customers – showcasing her suite of inter-personal and leadership traits. To her business associates, Susan epitomises energy, determination and unflinching dedication. Her mantra: “To never shirk from tough situations, for there is always a solution for an excellent outcome”.
