Prior to her leadership role, Susan spent more than a decade honing her craft across a wide spectrum of interior projects, spanning residential, commercial, and F&B spaces. This breadth of experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of project execution.

In her role, Susan is responsible for negotiating contracts with contractors and vendors, directing project timelines, anticipating site challenges, and responding decisively to evolving conditions on site.
