Dominic is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader whose experience spans over 30 years across interior construction, project delivery, and visualisation. With a multidisciplinary background that bridges accounting, business, and operations, he plays a critical role in anchoring ideas with structure, clarity, and execution. In MDS, he brings balance, ensuring that creative intent is translated into outcomes that are practical, buildable, and commercially sound.

An accountant by training and a Business School graduate before the age of 30, Dominic is guided by a personal creed: ASK – Actively Seek Knowledge. This mindset, coupled with a deeply rooted entrepreneurial drive, has led him to found Interni (bespoke interior construction) and co-build Ocular Production, a global business specialising in photo-realistic 3D renderings for interior and architectural projects.

Over the course of his career, Dominic has been involved in the delivery of multi-million dollar projects, working closely with designers, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless execution from concept through to completion. His strength lies in bridging the gap between vision and reality, refining details, anticipating constraints, and aligning all stakeholders toward a common, achievable outcome.

Dominic believes that a true entrepreneur operates with acute awareness, remaining fluid, adaptable, and responsive to evolving opportunities. He sees success not as isolated insight, but as the consistent application of knowledge over time. As he puts it, “Wisdom is but knowledge consistently applied.”

His interests span renewable energy, productivity re-engineering, crowdfunding in real estate, and big data analytics, each reflecting his inclination toward systems, optimisation, and forward-thinking enterprise.
